Heat was established on 15th December 2002 as the first licensed Lesmills club in the Maldives, and is now among the leading health and fitness club in the country, offering comprehensive facilities for a variety of exercise and wellness programs of international repute including an equipped gym and exercise studios.
There are specialist gym, personal training, yoga and group-x instructors employed at heat. We have total 15-20 instructors working & all are experienced more than 3 years in the fitness field. In addition there are clerical staffs attending to heats clients base facility.
We are working on together to overcome obesity & sedentary lifestyles.
